At the IINR, we are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all students, faculty, and staff. In adherence to the directives of the relevant regulatory bodies, IINR has established a Sexual Harassment Committee to address concerns related to gender-based discrimination and harassment. Our goal is to ensure a secure academic and workplace atmosphere where everyone can thrive without fear of harassment or discrimination.
Objectives:
The Sexual Harassment Committee at IINR is dedicated to:
- Preventing and addressing incidents of sexual harassment and gender-based violence within the institution.
- Providing a transparent and effective mechanism for the redressal of complaints.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and institutional policies regarding gender equality and workplace safety.
- Promoting awareness and sensitization on issues related to gender equality and harassment.
- Creating a supportive and secure environment for all members of the IINR community.

To fulfill its objectives, the committee actively undertakes the following measures:
- Conducting awareness programs, workshops, and seminars on gender sensitization and sexual harassment prevention.
- Establishing a clear mechanism for reporting, investigating, and resolving complaints with confidentiality and fairness.
- Providing counseling and support to affected individuals.
- Monitoring and ensuring a safe and inclusive campus environment through preventive initiatives.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to uphold the institution's commitment to gender equality and respectful interactions.
