From June 11 to 14, 2024, the International Institute of Nursing and Research (IINR) hosted an enriching Art of Living workshop, guiding participants on a journey towards inner peace, relaxation, and joy. The workshop focused on holistic well-being, offering practical techniques to reduce stress and anxiety while enhancing mental and emotional clarity.




Participants experienced a profound sense of calm through guided meditation, breathing exercises, and mindfulness practices. Many reported improved sleep quality, heightened energy levels, and sharper focus and concentration. The sessions also fostered better relationship management and communication, helping attendees develop more meaningful connections in both their personal and professional lives.
