Celebrating Excellence at WBNC: A Proud Achievement for IINR Students

The International Institute of Nursing & Research (IINR) proudly celebrates a remarkable moment of honour and achievement as two of our talented students received prestigious recognition at the 18th Prize Distribution Ceremony of the West Bengal Nursing Council (WBNC). This memorable occasion reflects the spirit of dedication, academic excellence, and commitment that defines the students of IINR.

Education is not only about gaining knowledge but also about developing the passion, discipline, and confidence required to serve society with compassion and professionalism. At IINR, we believe in nurturing future healthcare leaders who can make a meaningful difference in the lives of people. The achievements of our students at this esteemed ceremony stand as a shining example of that vision.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Swagata Ghosh, who was honoured with the Late Monorama and Abani Prize for securing the Highest Marks in Community Health Nursing in the Preliminary GNM Examination – 2021. Community Health Nursing plays a vital role in improving public health and ensuring healthcare awareness reaches every corner of society. Swagata’s outstanding performance in this subject demonstrates her deep understanding, dedication, and sincere commitment toward healthcare education and patient welfare.

IINR is equally proud of Mohana Mukherjee, who received the Late Balai Ch. Ghosh & Pramila Ghosh Prize for achieving the Joint 2nd Position in Psychiatry Nursing in GNM (2nd Year) Examination – 2021. Psychiatric Nursing requires not only academic excellence but also empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence. Mohana’s achievement reflects her determination and passion for serving patients with compassion and care in the field of mental health nursing.

The 18th Prize Distribution Ceremony of WBNC was a prestigious platform where the hard work and academic brilliance of nursing students across West Bengal were recognised and appreciated. For IINR, witnessing our students being honoured among the best performers is a matter of immense pride and joy. Their success inspires every aspiring nursing professional to dream bigger, work harder, and pursue excellence with confidence.

Behind every achievement lies countless hours of dedication, discipline, and perseverance. These awards are not only a recognition of academic success but also a celebration of the determination and values that our students carry throughout their journey. The faculty members, mentors, and the entire IINR family feel honoured to have been a part of their path to success.

At the International Institute of Nursing & Research, we continuously strive to provide quality nursing education, practical exposure, and a supportive learning environment that empowers students to achieve their goals. The accomplishments of Swagata Ghosh and Mohana Mukherjee further strengthen our commitment to academic excellence and professional development.

As we celebrate this proud milestone, we wish both our achievers a bright and successful future ahead. May they continue to shine in the healthcare sector, inspire future generations of nursing students, and contribute positively to society through their service and dedication.

Once again, congratulations to our shining stars! Your success has made the entire IINR family proud.
